Our Selection Process
At this time we are only able to serve individuals detained at Madison County Jail (including Huntsville, Madison, and the surrounding suburbs.)
Huntsville Bail Fund has a soft assistance cap of $3,000 cash bond per individual, subject to revision in extenuating circumstances.
Huntsville Bail Fund is committed to addressing the disproportionate impact of the cash bail system on vulnerable communities, and support priority is given based on length of time incarcerated, race, and LGBTQ+ status.
